1 Skop
Keluli yang dinyatakan dalam piawaian ini boleh digunakan untuk pengeluaran plat gelek panas dengan gred keluli S460, S500, S550, S620, S690, S890, dan S960 dengan ketebalan nominal minimum 3mm dan ketebalan nominal maksimum ≤150mm, dan keluli temperatur yang ditentukan selepas pelindapkejutan 4y0. 960 MPa1)
2. Gred dan jenis keluli
Piawaian menentukan 7 gred keluli, dan mereka mempunyai kekuatan hasil yang berbeza di bawah keadaan suhu ambien. Semua gred keluli yang akan dibekalkan daripada jenis berikut hendaklah dinyatakan apabila diperlukan.
–Nilai minimum yang dinyatakan untuk tenaga hentaman apabila suhu tidak lebih rendah daripada -20℃ (tiada tanda).
–Nilai minimum yang dinyatakan untuk tenaga hentaman apabila suhu tidak lebih rendah daripada -50℃ dilambangkan dengan L.
–(Kecuali S960) Nilai minimum yang ditentukan untuk tenaga hentaman apabila suhu tidak lebih rendah daripada -60℃ diwakili oleh L1.
3. Nama
–Nombor standard (EN 10025-6);
–Nama dan nombor keluli; nama keluli termasuk:
-Simbol S (keluli struktur);
-Ketebalan £ 50mm Perihalan kekuatan hasil minimum yang dinyatakan, dinyatakan dalam MPa1);
-Syarat penghantaran Q;
-Nyatakan varieti dengan huruf awal L atau L1 tenaga hentaman minimum apabila suhu tidak lebih rendah daripada -40℃ atau -60℃.
Contoh: Apabila suhu ambien ialah 460MPa1), kekuatan hasil minimum keluli struktur ditentukan, dalam keadaan penghantaran pelindapkejutan dan pembajaan (Q) dan gred L:
Keluli EN 10025-6-S460QL; atau keluli EN10025-6-1.8906.
4. Syarat penghantaran
Pelindapkejutan + pembajaan (Q).
Nota: Pelindapkejutan dan kemudian pembajaan terus selepas penggelek panas dianggap setara dengan pelindapkejutan dan pembajaan konvensional.
5. Prestasi kesan
–Q ialah -20°C; –QL berada pada -50°C; –QL1 berada pada -60°C.
