1 Scope
The steel specified in this standard can be used for the production of hot-rolled plates with steel grades S460, S500, S550, S620, S690, S890, and S960 with a minimum nominal thickness of 3mm and a maximum nominal thickness of ≤150mm, and the specified steel after quenching and tempering The minimum yield strength is 460MPa1) to 960 MPa1)
2. Steel grades and varieties
The standard specifies 7 steel grades, and they have different yield strengths under ambient temperature conditions. All the steel grades to be supplied from the following varieties shall be specified when required.
–Nilai minimum yang ditentukan untuk energi tumbukan ketika suhu tidak lebih rendah dari -20℃ (tanpa tanda).
–Nilai minimum yang ditentukan untuk energi tumbukan ketika suhu tidak lebih rendah dari -50℃ dilambangkan dengan L.
–(Kecuali S960) Nilai minimum yang ditentukan untuk energi tumbukan ketika suhu tidak lebih rendah dari -60℃ diwakili oleh L1.
3. Nama
–Nomor standar (EN 10025-6);
–Nama dan nomor baja; nama baja tersebut antara lain :
-Simbol S (baja struktural);
-Ketebalan £ 50mm Deskripsi kekuatan luluh minimum yang ditentukan, dinyatakan dalam MPa1);
-Syarat pengiriman Q;
-Tentukan varietas dengan inisial L atau L1 dengan energi tumbukan minimum ketika suhu tidak lebih rendah dari -40℃ atau -60℃.
Contoh: Ketika suhu sekitar 460MPa1), kekuatan luluh minimum baja struktural ditentukan, dalam kondisi pengiriman quenching dan tempering (Q) dan grade L:
Baja EN 10025-6-S460QL; atau baja EN10025-6-1.8906.
4. Ketentuan pengiriman
Pendinginan + temper (Q).
Catatan: Quenching dan kemudian tempering langsung setelah hot rolling dianggap setara dengan quenching dan tempering konvensional.
5. Dampak kinerja
–Q berada pada -20°C; –QL berada pada -50°C; –QL1 bersuhu -60°C.
