C95800 Overview
C95800 (Nickel Aluminum Bronze) is a premium casting alloy specifically designed to withstand the harshest corrosive environments. By incorporating 4-5% Nickel and 4% Iron, the alloy develops a stabilized microstructure that prevents dealuminization. Its self-healing aluminum oxide surface film makes it nearly immune to pitting and crevice corrosion in aerated seawater.

Advanced Features
- Cavitation & Erosion Resistance: C95800 outperforms most stainless steels in high-speed fluid flow, making it essential for pump and turbine components.
- Biofouling Resistance: The high copper content naturally inhibits the growth of barnacles and algae, reducing maintenance costs for underwater hardware.
- Weldability: Excellent rating. Can be easily repaired or joined using MIG/TIG welding with ERCuNiAl filler metal.
- Temper Annealing: Our products undergo professional stabilization (6-hour soak at 650°C) to ensure the highest level of corrosion resistance post-casting.
